Singapore is a regional business hub in ASEAN and in order for us to gain a foothold in the world economy, we need to be at the tip of progress. The addition of foreign talents serve as a competition to our locals in the workforce to strive for higher professional standards and they help to value add our economy. Given, there is a demand for specific skills and years of experience to fulfil job requirements which many fresh graduates do not possess, we would like to bring forth some policies to the incumbent cookie-cutter education system.
